Let's cut to the chase here.... In the Julea Ward case the court said that if the counseling profession offered an option to not counsel for any reason, it was religious bias for the university to not allow Ms. Ward that option. That was a case in Michigan so this must be another state which would explain why it was not cited by this court. I'm sure it will be appealed. But that is the truth here.....case closed.
